Length: highest shoulder point beside the collar to the hem. Width: flat across the chest from one underarm seam to the other. Compare with a T-shirt you own.

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Avoid fabric softener; use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Use a cool iron inside out, avoiding the print. Do not dry-clean.
