Terms of sale

Products are sold by Legendary Bag Company LLC, operating as Vis Obtusa. These terms explain our ordering process and should be read with our Shipping & returns and Privacy pages.

Choosing and ordering products

Products are made to order. Review the artwork, garment measurements or poster dimensions before buying. Product images may be supplier mockups; screen colors and the appearance of a physical print can vary. Archived and coming-soon products are not offered for purchase.

Purchasing continues on our native Square Online store. Select your size again there: a size viewed on this website is not automatically transferred. Review the item, size, quantity, delivery address and final total before paying. Square maintains your cart and processes payment. A payment confirmation does not mean production has already begun.

Prices, availability and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and applicable tax are shown separately at checkout. We ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Availability may change before production; if an ordered item cannot be fulfilled as described, we will contact you to resolve it. We do not silently replace the promised garment with an unapproved substitute.

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Different items may ship separately. Please provide accurate delivery and contact information and contact support promptly if a correction is needed; changes may no longer be possible after production or dispatch.

Returns and size choices

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Please check the T-shirt size guide and poster dimensions before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email support@visobtusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect item. Contact us before sending anything back.

Cancellations

Email support@visobtusa.com with your order number to request cancellation. Cancellation is possible only before production begins and is not guaranteed.

Artwork and your rights

Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially reuse the Vis Obtusa artwork or branding. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For help with an order or these terms, contact support@visobtusa.com.
