Shipping & returns.

Shipping

We ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Shipping is charged separately: $3.99 per T-shirt order and $8.95 per poster order. Review the shipping charge and any applicable tax before paying at checkout.

Most products take an estimated 2–5 business days to produce after fulfillment begins. Standard US shipping is typically another 3–4 business days after production, giving a typical production-and-transit estimate of 5–9 business days. Order review happens before production; weekends, holidays, stock issues and order holds can add time. Alaska, Hawaii and remote destinations can take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. T-shirts and posters may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. Tracking information is provided when an order ships.

Returns & size choices

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Please check the T-shirt size guide and poster dimensions before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email support@visobtusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect item. Contact us before sending anything back.

Cancellations

Email support@visobtusa.com with your order number to request cancellation. Cancellation is possible only before production begins and is not guaranteed.
