Before shipment

A payment confirmation means your order was received, not that production has begun. Most products take an estimated 2–5 business days to produce after fulfillment begins, followed by typically 3–4 business days in transit within the US. Order review, weekends, holidays, stock issues and holds may add time. Alaska, Hawaii and remote destinations can take longer.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking appears when shipment information becomes available. A shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has the package. T-shirts and posters may ship separately; check each shipment’s tracking link.

Earlier orders

Orders placed through our earlier store retain their original confirmation and tracking links. They will not automatically appear in your new account. We can help with either type of order.
